Does the scanner work offline?

Yes. Inventory Ace is an offline-capable PWA. The scanner works on any device with a camera, and the app queues transactions while you're offline, then syncs when you're back online.

What barcode formats do you support?

UPC-A, EAN-13, EAN-8, Code 128, Code 39, ITF, QR, and more — anything the @zxing library reads. If it has stripes and a number, we scan it.

Can I import my existing product catalog?

Yes. Bulk import via CSV, or scan-as-you-go and let Inventory Ace auto-create products at the moment you pick up the bottle. Either works.

How fast can I deploy it?

Docker compose up — you're live in under 5 minutes. On-prem, cloud, or hosted by us. First-run setup wizard handles admin creation.

What about the AI — is my data private?

Your transaction history stays yours. The AI runs on your own data. Anonymized aggregate snapshots (for industry benchmarks) are opt-in and strip out all product and customer identity.

Do you have a mobile app?
